Question 1

What Is Haveningry?

Accepted Answer

Haveningry is a browser based AI trading platform for Australian residents. An engine reads price, volume and volatility across the markets you choose, and places trades when the rules you set say the moment is right. You can run it automatically, trade manually yourself, or use both at once.

Question 2

Who Can Join?

Accepted Answer

Anyone aged 18 or over who lives in Australia can register. You will need a valid photo ID and proof of address to complete verification before an account is opened.

Question 3

Do I Need Trading Experience?

Accepted Answer

No. Every setting on the platform has a plain English explanation beside it, and you can watch the engine work before you commit real money to it. If you have traded before, the charting, order types and risk controls you expect are all here as well.

Question 4

How Long Does Registration Take?

Accepted Answer

The form itself takes about two minutes. It asks for your name, your email address and your phone number, and nothing else. Verification is a separate step and is handled once we are in touch with you.

Question 5

What Do I Need To Register?

Accepted Answer

A name, an email address and a phone number. That is the whole form. There is no card field and no password field, and you should be suspicious of any registration page of this kind that asks for either.

Question 6

Is There An App To Download?

Accepted Answer

The platform runs in a browser, so there is nothing to install and no app store listing to trust. It works on a laptop, a tablet and a phone, and there is nothing to keep updated.

Question 7

What Does The Engine Actually Do?

Accepted Answer

It reads market data on the markets you have selected and checks it against the rules you set: the direction it is allowed to trade, your entry and exit levels, the size of each position, and the point at which it should stand down. When your conditions are met, it places the order.

Question 8

Who Decides What Trades Are Made?

Accepted Answer

You do, in advance. The engine follows the rules you configured. It has no opinion about whether those rules are sensible, and it will follow a bad rule as faithfully as a good one, which is why the platform explains each setting before you turn it on.

Question 9

Can I Trade Manually As Well?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Manual and automated modes are both available, and you can switch between them or run them together. You can also override the engine at any time, including closing a position it opened.

Question 10

Which Markets Can I Trade?

Accepted Answer

Crypto, forex, shares, and metals and indices. You choose which of those the engine is allowed to touch, and it will not go outside that list.

Question 11

How Do I Stop It Trading?

Accepted Answer

Pause the engine, close individual positions, or close everything at once. It takes one step in your account and you do not need to ask anyone. Pausing stops new trades being opened and leaves what is already open to finish.

Question 12

Can I Change My Rules Later?

Accepted Answer

At any time. Your limits, your markets and your levels are all editable from the account, and changes take effect on the trades that follow.

Question 13

Does It Trade While I Sleep?

Accepted Answer

If you leave it running, yes. That is the main reason an engine is useful: markets move when most people are working, sleeping or simply not looking, and the engine does not stop when you do.

Question 14

How Much Do I Need To Start?

Accepted Answer

The minimum depends on the account you open, and we are not going to quote a figure here that we cannot stand behind. Register for an account and the current requirements are shown to you before you commit to anything.

Question 15

Does Haveningry Hold My Money?

Accepted Answer

No. Haveningry is the technology platform. Your funds sit with the broker that holds your account, and the platform sends trade instructions to it. We never take custody of your deposit.

Question 16

What Does It Cost?

Accepted Answer

Any fee, spread or commission that applies to your account is shown to you inside the account before you commit to anything. We do not publish a fee table on this website, because the figures depend on the account you hold and a table that does not match your circumstances is worse than no table.

Question 17

Is There A Free Trial Or Demo?

Accepted Answer

You can register for an account without paying anything, and you can see how the engine behaves before you commit real money to it. Ask us about the current demo arrangements when we contact you and we will tell you exactly what is available.

Question 18

How Do I Make A Deposit?

Accepted Answer

Deposit methods and the steps involved are shown inside your account, and they are handled by the broker holding your funds rather than by this website. We will never ask you to send money to an individual, and no legitimate service will either.

Question 19

Can I Lose Money?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Any trading can lose money, and a platform that promises otherwise is not telling you the truth. The engine works inside the risk limits you set, which is what stops one bad trade from becoming a bad month, but it cannot remove the risk itself. You should only trade with money you could afford to lose.

Question 20

Does An Automated Engine Remove The Risk?

Accepted Answer

No, and it is worth being clear about that. It removes the need to watch the market yourself. It does not remove the risk of the market moving against you, and it does not know anything outside the data it reads.

Question 21

Is My Money Safe With Haveningry?

Accepted Answer

We never hold your money, so the question is really about whoever does. Your funds sit with the broker holding your account, and you are entitled to check that firm's licensing status with the relevant regulator before you deposit. We would encourage you to.

Question 22

What Protects Me From One Bad Trade?

Accepted Answer

The risk limits you set, including position sizing and a stop condition on each trade. Worth understanding what a stop does and does not do: it is an instruction to close at a level, not a guarantee of that price, and a market that gaps can fill it somewhere worse.

Question 23

Is Haveningry A Financial Adviser?

Accepted Answer

No. Haveningry is a technology platform. Nothing on this website is financial advice, and nothing here takes your personal circumstances into account, because the platform does not know them. Any decision to trade is yours.

Question 24

How Do You Handle My Personal Details?

Accepted Answer

We collect what you type into the registration form, we use it to set up your account and to contact you about it, and we do not sell it. This site loads no analytics and no advertising pixels, and the country selector on the form reads your browser timezone rather than looking up your IP address. The privacy policy has the detail.

Question 25

How Do I Get In Touch?

Accepted Answer

Use the form on the contact page. It reaches the same team that handles registrations, and it is the fastest route because it arrives with your details already attached.

Question 26

Why Is There No Phone Number Or Email Address On This Site?

Accepted Answer

Because we are not going to publish a mailbox or a number that nobody has confirmed is monitored. A contact detail that bounces, or rings out, is worse than not printing one at all. The contact form is the contact route and it is read.

Question 27

I Registered But Have Not Heard Anything.

Accepted Answer

Check the spam folder for the confirmation email first, as that is where the message most often lands. If there is still nothing after that, send a message through the contact form with the email address you registered with and we will look into it.

Question 28

How Do I Close My Account?

Accepted Answer

Send us a message through the contact page and we will action it. If you have positions still open when you close, close them first, because an account closing does not close the trades inside it.
