Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.

The short version. We collect what you type into the registration form, we use it to set up your account and contact you about it, we do not sell it, and this site loads no analytics, no advertising pixels and no external fonts.

Two of these are promises about how the site is actually built, and they are worth being specific about. The content security policy this site is served with permits no external host to load a script, and the country selector on the form reads your browser timezone rather than looking your IP address up in somebody else's service.

1. What We Collect

When you complete the registration form we collect the details you enter: your first name, your last name, your email address and your telephone number. We also record the fact that you agreed to these documents and when you agreed.

When your registration is submitted, the service that processes it records the IP address your request came from. That happens on the receiving end, not in your browser, and it is used to route the registration correctly and to detect automated submissions. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not used for advertising.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, a password, card details or identity documents through this website. Nothing on this site asks for card details, and the registration form deliberately contains no password field.

2. Why We Collect It

Your name and contact details are used to set up your account, to verify that you are reachable, and to contact you about your account. That contact may include a call or a message about your registration and about getting started.

Your details are also used to meet our record keeping obligations and to prevent fraudulent or automated registrations.

3. What This Website Does Not Do

This website loads no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no social media widgets, no embedded videos and no external fonts. Every script, stylesheet, image and font it uses is served from its own domain.

This is not only a policy statement, it is how the site is built. The content security policy it is served with permits no external host to load a script, and the country selector in the registration form guesses your country from your browser timezone setting rather than looking your IP address up in a geolocation service. Guessing your country from a service would have meant handing a third party your IP address in exchange for a convenience feature, which is a poor trade.

The consequence is that nothing you do on this site is reported to an advertising network, and there is no cookie here to consent to.

4. Cookies And Local Storage

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not use cookies to recognise you across other sites.

The registration form keeps what you have typed in the browser tab while you are filling it in. That information is not written to your device in any way that survives closing the tab, and it is not shared with anyone.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Your details are shared with the partner that provides the trading account you are registering for, because that is what the registration is for. They are also shared with service providers who process the registration and who host the systems involved, and with professional advisers or regulators where the law requires it.

Anyone who handles your information on our behalf is required to protect it and to use it only for the purpose it was given to them.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep your information for as long as your account is open and for a period afterwards where we are required to, for record keeping, for resolving disputes and for meeting legal obligations.

When it is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or made anonymous.

7. Keeping It Secure

Your details are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to them is limited to the people and systems that need it in order to do the work described above.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will tell you and the relevant regulator as required.

8. Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where there is no legal reason for us to keep it.

You can also ask us to stop contacting you, and you can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

To make any of these requests, use the contact form on this site.

9. Overseas Processing

Some of the service providers who process information for us are located outside Australia. Where information is handled overseas, it remains subject to this policy and to the protections described in it.

10. Children

This site and the platform behind it are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has given us their details, contact us and we will remove them.

11. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy. The date at the foot of this page shows when it was last changed. Where a change materially affects how your information is used, we will make that clear on this page.

Last updated: 14 October 2026.
